I think we are all looking for a good ride, i had one last night!, it had been a while so i took it easy to start with, it felt a bit funny to begin with to be honest but once i got going i found a rythem and she started to come to me, and before you know it i was slideing in and out faster and harder towards the end. Still got passed by Joe Burns though on the BMW, so eh yeah that was my track night at knockhill great fun and my first time on the bike since i broke my wrist last october!.

What?, what did you think i was talking about?, dirty sods!.

Lack of funds--it seems you dont get a ride nowdays unless you have pots to put in to the team--then it dont matter if youve got talent or not some one will relive you of your funds very willingly.
Or am i just being very cynical.???????????????

no i think you spot on there mate....time after time we are told about we need to produce more HOME GROWN TALENT so we get the r6 cup then this superstock 600 thing, but what the teams or the parents are not told is how they will need pots of money to get their son to the world scene...just take a look at this new aussie bryan staring,he comes over here straight on a hm plant honda superstock bike...says it all really very sad.... :(

Where have Leon Morris and Luke Hinton disappeared to? :?

Morris was a quick kid in the R6 cup and not bad on the Airwaves Ducati-backed Privateer bike in BSB in 08

Also, Hinton was challenging Hoyle for the 125 title early on, also in '08, then he vanished!

You've got it right. Some of our new talent don't stand a chance as handing over the reddies doesn't always guarantee support either. :(
